Good afternoon and welcome to Quizzes for Charity.
Quizzes for Charity was formed some 15 years ago, originally as CASK, to help raise much-needed funds for charitable organisations in the Stevenage, Hertfordshire area. This has developed into raising funds for more widespread charities. Organisations which have benefited from the various events include
- The Macmillan Cancer Relief Charity
- The Garden House Hospice in Letchworth
- The Keech Cottage Children's Hospice in Luton
- Stevenage Mayor's Charities
- Greenside Special School
To date several thousand pounds have been raised.
Events organised include several Fun Quiz evenings, and two more taxing national postal quizzes during the Summer and over the Christmas and New Year period.
